The Preston Lucien Cross Hall Apartment
3 guests · 1 bedroom · 2 beds · 1 bath

Preston Lucian Cross Hall was the first child of Mary and Preston Cross Hall.  He was raised at 396 Commercial Street, but as a young man moved to the top floor of the Lucy Cross House.  Preston was enamored with the finer things in life and took great pains to surround himself with beautiful things and people.  Following in his parent’s entrepreneurial footsteps, he opened the Big Bad Wolf Sweet Shoppe and Confectionary at 397 Commercial Street in 1970 and then relocated to San Francisco to open the Bee Bookshop.   It was while he was living in California when he unexpectedly passed at the age of 35.

The Preston Lucien Hall apartment is an exquisite top floor unit with a full kitchen, large bathroom with tub, cedar closet, air conditioning and exterior exclusive use deck overlooking Long Point and MacMillan Wharf.  Watch the sunrise from your loft bedroom specifically designed so you can see panoramic views of Provincetown Harbor without lifting your head from your pillow.  The jewel in the crown of the Lucy Cross House, this apartment is for those who want unparalleled views and amenities while being steps from Commercial Street.
